Matt George is a broadcast 2D and 3D animator. He has created motion graphics for television, presentations, games and websites. Matt is fascinated with how we interact with technology and is constantly exploring new ways to get our computers doing what we want them to.
He has become an expert PHP and database programmer so he can develop the core of an application before developing the pretty HTML5 and graphical exterior for user interaction. He has created games from scratch in Flash and Actionscript and other RAD tools.
Matt also uses his video production and programming skills to create unique performance environments for bands and theatre, he makes and exhibits art installations which incorporate a mix of technology and automata.
He has developed a strong network of partners and can provide creative and robust solutions for your communications.

Matt works on commercial internet sales and marketing projects where he is able to develop intuative interfaces that ease commerce.
The most recent projects include a customised install of Wordpress for the www.buyassociation.se website. He also created a live leads board that reads incoming emails to disseminate real time marketing campaign information

Matt has worked on many educational projects for organisations like Creative Partnerships, Cape UK, BSF, Manchester Metropolitan University, The Lowry, The Imperial War Museum North creating a wide range of media such as films, animations and computer games in collaboration with goups of young people from diverse backgrounds.

In his spare time, his experimentation goes even further creating performance art projects, installations, projections and effects for musicians and theatre groups. Matt has also received funding for his own game projects and continues to explore crossovers between games, marketing and education.
Matt is co-founder of dubdubdub a performance based mixing of visuals and sound live from the internet. Viewers are invited to collaborate with the performance by suggesting themes for the performance to explore. It's the technological version of 'Exquisite corpse' the surrealist game.
As droidsculptor he uses video, sensors, automata, sound activated code and practically anything he can get his hands on to make each show different from the last.
